0615- I checked by Hemingway and LYC and started adding 2022 stickers to 12 street I then checked away home on isles and added all 2022 stickers to 7th street isle and 8th street isle
0730 checked mainland streets and a
I also checked all the parks. I checked away from home and added stickers too .

1540: Followed up in regards to golf cart incident who provided following:
- Incident occurred on Sun 1/9 around 1615-1630 hours on NRV between 7th and 8th ST
- 4-seater golf cart (with rear facing seats) that was been driven by a W/F 12-13 y/o
Had 1 W/F front pass., 2 W/M rear passengers, all 12-13 y/o
- Golf cart was weaving all over the road, driving toward oncoming traffic - had to swerve to avoid a head on collision; ended up in grass at SE 7th ST / NRV where the reporter confronted subjects.
- Provided tag does not come back to anything

1045: In service, detail phoned into Hudson line. There was 5 missed phone calls and 1 email; no
text messages. Returned all phone calls - synopsis:
- 1 voicemail left
- 1 call from Ofc. Vuval for Sgt. Smith coordinating s/10 efforts
- 2 calls from 0127 hours -advised of suspicious persons crouching behind bushes at SE 9th ST - patrol officers responded & did report, 21-214106
- Voicemail requesting extra traffic enforcement, 700-900 blk of Cordova Rd for Speeders.
- Email: Out of town check added to log
1105: Reviewed activity log and began out of town checks
1125: Aisle checks complete - did drive-by checks of mainland residences due to limited time
and no evening shift Rio officer coming to complete the rest.

0500 10-8 called in detail. 1 new voicemail and text from yesterday .. I replied to the email and text . I Started patrolling the area.
0515 I checked by Hemingway and LYC and away from home . I drove every isle.
0600 I checked mainland streets and stopped by regarding email of buzzing nothing heard I advised owner .. I also checked all the parks.
0700 I continued patrols owner called back said buzzing just started again I went by her property and realized it was coming from back yard neighbor I stopped by residence no one home I checked yard and realized it was pool pump as I walking back our home owner pulled up I showed her pump she said she would call pool man to have it fixed . I called reportee back . No other calls received .

voicemail from 0903 hours. Female advised that there were 3 B/M’s in the evergreen cemetery (1300 SE 10 Ave) that were “digging” up something and seemed suspicious. Reviewed activity log and responded to the cemetery.
10:45: Made contact with the males who were filming an indie short film and they had partially
buried a camera for some type of cinematic effect; reportee advised of findings.
12:00: Non-stop roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, BCS, and Fed hwy.
1300: Demolition crew demolition apartment bldg at NRV/Fed Hwy tunnel.

- Sat 11/13: 3 missed calls 1-voicemail for out of town check. 2 - vm left. 3 - Resident had kids on a blue golf cart throw something at her 18 y/o daughters vehicle; no further description. Requested underage golf cart enforcement and was provided info on how to follow-up with obtaining kids info to pursue charges/civil litigation.

1200 10-8 called in detail. One texts, regarding kids jumping fence from day before I replied
back no new voicemails.2 emails added 2 away checks and sign delivery .Started patrolling the area. I checked by Hemingway and LYC. Checked isles and away homes on isles. I checked along 10th spoke with regarding the valet operation code also out no violations with. vehicles/ resident left message regarding valet . I checked by Hemingway and LYC
1300 I checked mainland streets and all the away homes.. I also checked by all the parks. . I
observed a homeless subject on awake on 9th made contact no issues he left area .
1400 Checked by VSY several times park open kids out playing . Continuous patrols
1500 patrols continues checked all parks set up all light towers for Halloween .
1600 started golf cart patrol trick treaters started patrolled all streets
1800 continues patrols
2100 numerous calls regarding teens in large groups continued to disperse the groups majority on
9th street and 5 ct ..
2200 groups finally clearing the area ..

checked by allegedly squatting home, and I made contact with reporter. She
said advised possible squatter I stopped checked property appraiser and ran vehicle all came back I made contact with resident advised he bought as a rental and was going to fix up house does not appear to be a squatter .

1402: Alarm at 1024 SRV. Made contact with resident and checked garage, nothing suspicious.

1600: Still roving - on the look out for the Red Golf Cart with GA bulldog sticker and tag.
1700: While on patrol, Det. Salvati observed the soap sud bandit golf cart at the Starbucks -
followed it to residence. We made contact with the resident who agreed to pay all damages that her son (who admitted to the incident) caused. Phoned victime and advised of findings. We all then responded to the incident location and made contact with victim. The son knows several of the other culprits involved in the incidents - investigation on-going. Det. Salvati will be supplementing Det. Muccino’s second vandalism report, case # 21-170245
