1206: Contacted homeless male that wandered into neighborhood; said he was trying
to get on the north side of the New River and got turned around - gave directions on how to get to his destination and he left the neighborhood without incident.

1640: SE 7 ST isle passable, Hemmingway and lyc clear.
1700: Roving patrol.
1730-1800: Alarm at isle home on SE 10th ST; unsecure door found. Interior checked
and nothing suspicious found. Malfunction, case # 26-161371. Resume roving.

Saturday Sept 19, 2026 Clark
: It was a very slow night and it rained some. I drove each block once per hour,
monitored two vehicles via LPR that were boloed/one was a stolen vehicle and the other was the suspect vehicle.
11 st went out with a disabled vehicle (friend of a resident, vehicle was dead)
Silver Subaru driving quickly through the area ended up being a Dominos delivery driver (verbal warning given).
The only pedestrian traffic were two people walking dogs and people
fishing on the 7 St bridge and dead end on 10 St.
