In service. One voicemail about wondering how yard damage occurred. No reply
when text sent if assistance still needed. Received text with video regarding three
individuals running on SE 10th St pulling door handles. Attempted to text and
see if assistance still needed but no reply. email received for residence on SE 8th St in
order to be added to Out-of-Town Log. Began Patrol of mainland, isles and
Hemingway
2330 - SE 11TH CT residence garage open, unable to make contact. left card and advised
them I closed the garage to prevent a burglary.
0030- Continued checks of Isles and Mainland
0200- Continued Patrol

Monday July 10 2023 Ferrer
In service. I called in the detail. No missed calls, texts or new voicemails started
patrols. I checked along 7th isle all quiet. I parked on Ponce walked area and
did away checks on Ponce.
0600 I patrolled rest of isles and completed out of town checks and drove through
Hemingway and LYC.
0700 I patrolled mainland and checked rest of the away homes.
0800 I received reply from text I went by 5 CT and N Rio met with owner regarding
bushes being damaged. I continued patrols.

Monday July 10, 2023 Wright
In service, detail phoned into Hudson line. There are no new emails, missed calls,
or texts. Updated out of town log and began roving patrol.
1130: Non-stop roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, BCS, Fed Hwy.
1230: Still roving - clouds moving in.
1330: Still roving - beautiful day so far.
1430: Non-stop roving continued.
1545: Flagged down at LYC by elderly motorist who could not find his granddaughter;
located the granddaughter “Hunter” at the Tennis Pro Shop - united both without
incident.
1757: Resident called about a B/M wandering around SE 7th ST / Cordova. Made
contact with subject at 1400 Ponce. Subject is a mental health consumer and
homeless; negative for warrants. Left neighborhood without incident, case #
23-139701. Resume roving patrol.
1900: Heaving rain moving in - still roving.
2000: Rained off and on for last hour.

SE 10th St both had open garage doors. Contacted both residents and
garage doors were closed

along fed all quiet no calls.

1100- I spoke with resident on SE 10th, ref. 2-3 persons checking cars on Sunday 9, July, nothing taken and no vehicles entered. Waiting for neighbor to return home
and he will call back. He would prefer to speak to us with his neighbor present.

In service. I reviewed the activity log. No new messages left on the phone.
2100- Patrolled isles and yacht club. Spoke to resident on SE 10th St. She stated that at 2015
hrs, a W/M was in her driveway. When she asked why, he asked her if she wanted to make an appointment to talk about solar panels. She wasn’t interested, but asked for a business card or ID. He said he didn’t have one and left her property. She just wanted us to be aware in case of other complaints or issues.
2200- Checked mainland and parks.
2230- Patrolled mainland and isles

In service. I called in the detail. No missed calls, texts or new voicemails started
patrols. I checked along all isles did out of town checks and Check led through
LYC and Hemingway .
0730 I received call ref loose dog running along Fed south bound German Shepard
searched for doggy unable to locate. I patrolled mainland and I checked the
rest of the away homes. I observed water pouring up out of roadway I called
8000 and reported area was flooding by 916 SE 6 CT.

high visibility patrols.
1400: Non-stop roving patrol of isles, mainland, parks, LYC, and BCS.
1500: Phone call from resident confirming we were patrolling the neighborhood.
1605: Reunited a large, loose, black, shaggy dog to his residence near VSY park.
1700: Rain moving in, still roving.
1745: Drizzling now, still roving.

Ford explorer vehicle stolen out of driveway last night. Case # 23-145434

Saturday July 22nd, 2023 B. Esparza
In service.
Completed a majority of House checks, but unable to complete several
house checks due to time constraint. One phone call/voicemail delayed from the
night prior about alarm at residence. Text sent in response to voicemail and no
longer needed. Text received reference packages in front of residence on SE
11th Ct, which were moved to back during house check and resident was
advised via text message. Another text reference home on SE 10th St being added
to house checks, which I added to house checks checklist.
