1445: In service, detail phoned into Hudson line. There were no new emails or missed
calls but, three text messages (all spam, deleted). Reviewed activity log and
began out of town checks.
1600: Out of town checks complete - begin roving patrol.
1700: Roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, and BCS.
1800: Still roving - usual day.
1845: Out of service

0830- numerous calls reference homeless male at 9th St and S. Federal Hwy., patrol
had the call
1000- completed checks and a patrol of the isles
1100- received another call reference vagrant W/M with a cane walking thru Rio,
I escorted him out of the area.

0550 - In service I called detail I checked through LYC then I drove along 7th isle.
Realized had to be somewhere else - left Rio.
0800 Returned to Rio - I patrolled area and checked all vacation away homes all secure

2300- in service and immediately came across an accident at SE 11th Ct and Cordova
Rd, 34-2305-100895.
0020- obtained detail phone late due to immediately coming upon accident and did not
respond at this time to the several missed phone calls and voicemail due to time
of night. one of the missed calls did send a text after the call stating all was good.

Thursday May 18, 2023 Wright 1600-1930 3.5 hours
1600: In service, detail phoned into Hudson line. There was no new texts or missed calls
but, one email of an out of town check. Added and completed the check.
Reviewed the activity log and began roving patrol.
1700: Non-stop roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, and BCS.
1800: Getting muggy out with impending rain.
1830: Complaint of woman from on SE 5th CT walking dog (all black, 40 pound-ish)
without a leash. The unleashed dog ran into reportee’s home and tried attacking his cat for the
sixth time; the woman is unfazed of threats of calling PD. I attempted contact with her but, she was not home. I left printed documents of county ordinance and business card advising of the situation.
1900: Was advised the dog owner is back at residence and responded. Spoke at length
about the importance of keeping dog on leash. Dog owner had a
nonchalant/uncooperative attitude and began complaining about reportee’s
construction and allegedly being called names. Case # 23-101511. Extra patrol
requested to cite the dog owner if dog off leash.
1930: Extra time (30 mins) called into Hudson line; Out of service.

Friday, May 19, 2023 Kaplan 1400-1700 3 hours
1400- In service, I called the detail into the Hudson line. I reviewed the activity log. No new messages left on the phone.
1430- Checked the isles and yacht club.
1500- Patrolled the mainland and parks. There were two vehicles obstructing the roadway in front of residence on S. Rio. I made contact with the resident and asked them
to move the vehicles so cars can get through.
1530- Checked businesses along S. Federal Hwy.
1630- Final patrol of isles and mainland.
1700- Out of service.

homes . I parked at LYC.

Monday May 22nd, 2023 Wright 1600-2100 5 hours
1600: In service, detail phoned into Hudson line. No missed calls. One text (from 5/21
about a suspicious person), and one email for out-of-town check; added to log.
Reviewed activity log and began roving patrol.
1630: Grey SUV owner verbally admonished about parking close to stop sign at SE 12th
ST / Cordova; was a painter for house under construction. Moved vehicle without
incident - was very appreciative. Resume roving patrol.
1730: Roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, BCS, and Fed Hwy.
1830: Muggy - lots of mosquitos.
1930: Large group of weekly bicyclists out and about.
2100: Out of service
