Called in detail in Service - I checked along 7th and checked all isles and away home. I
parked at cul de sac on ponce and walked the area for a bit all quiet. I then drove all
the isles checked all away homes and I checked through Hemingway and then through
LYC
0530 I checked mainland and checked all away homes all secure.
0630 I patrolled all parks and through LYC again all quiet
0730 I continued patrols checked along Fed Hwy and through all parks..

being tented, text about moving the HOA car by her residence for added visibility.
Repositioned HOA car, updated out of town log, reviewed activity log, and began
roving patrol.
1700: Cordova Rd visibility. Roving patrol of isles, mainland, parks, LYC, and BCS.
1735: Gave detailed instructions to a very lost tourist to Commercial Blvd/A1A area.
1830: Roving patrol continued.
1940: Call of a male trespassing at home on NRV; investigation revealed it was an
authorized guest, case # 23-176684

- in service. Call and texts from resident in reference to an unknown female loitering
on her front porch. Appeared to be moved along by a neighbor. Ring video attached to text. Contact was made with resident who advised that there were no further issues and the female appeared to have come from the apartments across the street where she was told to leave.

0040- observed car with running lights still on at home on se 11th Ct, which I observed at
start of shift. made contact with owner who turned vehicle off. continued patrols
0145- patrol of mainland and isle
0250- began final patrol for the shift
0255- Trespassing complaint received with a three-minute time delay and I arrived at
approximately 0258 hrs (case 34-2308-167149.) Unable to locate anyone in
area. Upon further contact with the complainant, it may have been a burglary
attempt to vehicles. Due to shift ending, units on duty completed the remainder of
the investigation
Update: 9/5/23 – Vehicle burglaries occurred inside Hemingway garage…garage gates
left open and vehicles unlocked.

While entering Rio, observed White Audi SUV disregard steady red light at SE 9th
ST / S. Federal; verbally admonished W/F without incident. Called in detail to
Hudson line, responded to a text about a female knocking on a SE 7th ST isle
residents door asking for “a million dollars”, reviewed activity log, and sat on SE
10th ST isle for one hour monitoring traffic for speeders; none observed.
Updated out of town log.
1445: Begin roving patrol as dark clouds are moving in.
1600: Non-stop roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, and BCS.
1700: Still roving - weather getting worse.
1800: Still roving - no issues. Frequented 10th ST isle for traffic enforcement.

when text sent if assistance still needed. Received text with video regarding three
individuals running on SE 10th St pulling door handles. Attempted to text and
see if assistance still needed but no reply. email received for residence on SE 8th St in
order to be added to Out-of-Town Log. Began Patrol of mainland, isles and
Hemingway
2330 - SE 11TH CT residence garage open, unable to make contact. left card and advised
them I closed the garage to prevent a burglary.

patrols. I checked along 7th isle all quiet. I parked on Ponce walked area and

0600 I patrolled rest of isles and completed out of town checks and drove through
Hemingway and LYC.
0700 I patrolled mainland and checked rest of the away homes.
0800 I received reply from text I went by 5 CT and N Rio met with owner regarding
bushes being damaged. I continued patrols.

1545: Flagged down at LYC by elderly motorist who could not find his granddaughter;
located the granddaughter “Hunter” at the Tennis Pro Shop - united both without
incident.
1757: Resident called about a B/M wandering around SE 7th ST / Cordova. Made
contact with subject at 1400 Ponce. Subject is a mental health consumer and
homeless; negative for warrants. Left neighborhood without incident, case #
23-139701. Resume roving patrol.
1900: Heaving rain moving in - still roving.
2000: Rained off and on for last hour.

driving slowly. B/M teenager passenger gets out and checks door

0430 10-8 called in detail. I drove surface streets I then patrolled all the isles and away
homes . I parked at LYC.
0530 I checked all surface streets on mainland and away homes. One home Resident
was just leaving to go out of town very happy to see us. Continues patrols and I checked through all parks too.
0630 I checked back through LYC stopped and chatted with some residents out no
complaints .
0800 I continued patrols no issues checked along Fed hwy.

backyards; subject GOA.
