...Huge HALLOWEEN 'Orchids!' go to the two traffic attendants who worked the streets around Virginia Young Park from 5:30-10 pm...
...to the two patrol officers who worked from 5 pm throughout the night...
...to the eight other officers who came to help at various points...
...to the numerous RVCA volunteers out and about and ready to assist around the neighborhood...
...and to the RVCA Security Committee for their efforts on behalf of everyone in Rio Vista!
